| USER ID - The first time you login to Entrata you will use your Generated ID number for your user ID. Once you have logged onto Entrata for the first time you will be given a UserID to use for all future logins. | |
| PASSWORD - The first time you login to Entrata you will use your six digit PIN given to you by Student Services. Once you have logged onto Entrata for the first time you will be able to set your own password and from that point on you will use your password to login. You will be able to change your password at anytime in the future on the "Account Settings" page. | |
| Login - Once you have entered your UserID and Password click here to login to Entrata. | |

| CREATE AN ACCOUNT - The first time you logon to Entrata you will be prompted to "Create an Account." Click on the "Create an Account" link to begin. | |

| COMPUTER USE POLICY - Read the IECC Computer Use Policy, as you must agree to the terms in order to use Entrata. | |
| ACCEPT or DECLINE - Click on either the option to accept or decline. | |

| PASSWORD - Select a "Password" you want to use to access Entrata, you will be able to change this later. | |
| PASSWORD VERIFY - Verify the "Password" you want to use to access Entrata. | |
| SUBMIT PASSWORD - Click here to set your "Password." | |

| Forwarding Email - Should you have an email account on an outside service such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, then you can specify an email address for Entrata to forward all email to. This means you will never miss an email sent to your Entrata account because it will be forwarded. If you would like your email forwarded to another account: Once your account is created, in the next few steps, go to the "Account Settings" on the left navigation of the Entrata site. From that point go to the Email -> Forward option and specify the email account you would like all your Entrata email forwarded to. |
